I welcome you at Grill Vili and ensure that you cannot make a mistake by choosing from our rich gastronomic offer. If you wish to feel all richness of the Istrian Mediterranean cuisine I warmly recommend you to taste following meals for which I give you my personal recipe.
Lobster
I cut fresh lobster meat into pieces, put some garlic on heated oil and fry it. Then I add pieces of lobster, flambée it with cogniac. Then I pour some wine and fish soup stock over it and some spices (salt, vegeta, pepper and hot pepper) in exactly defined quantity. Then I add little bit of lemon and cook it all together.
Black rise
I put rice in a baking dish and add some fish soup stock, than I add braised cuttlefish, salt, pepper, vegeta and wine. Then I cook it all together. In the end I put some lemon and parmesan. I put it on a plate and serve it to guests.
Pasta scampi-asparagus
Sauce- I fry garlic on virgin oil, add some scampi, fish soup stock (ne znam sto je riblji temeljac, a za temeljac u kulinarstvu kaze: (soup) stock), wine, some salt, pepper, little bid of tomatoes and asparagus. Then I cook it all. Near the end I add some lemon juice. I cook pasta in salty water, squeeze and mix it with scampi and asparagus sauce.
